Hello peeps! It was the last day of Hong Kong Trip 2010! As we woke up late and lazily for the last day, our itinerary was completed 90% for this trip. We ran out of ideas for activities and I proposed to walk along the very long Nathan Road that connects Mongkok to Jordan and to Tsim Sha Tsui.
Along the way, we discovered the popular Yee Shun Milk Company. Basically they are good with milk and egg puddings.
We placed our orders with the traditional steamed milk pudding, ginger milk pudding, coffee pudding and chocolate pudding. Of course the traditional live up to its name. The coffee and chocolate added up to the fun of tasting. And to me, ginger milk helps me to remove any unwanted gas in my stomach. HAHA...
Kai and Jie.
Our journey continued and we saw the other famous wife's biscuits store. Hang Heung Bing Kar. If you love your biscuits freshly bake in the most traditional way, try this. To each of his own. My Dad prefers this though.
At the Hong Kong International Airport. We had lots of luggages and Wing Wah Biscuits to bring home!
I love Clarence Dear's new sliver luggage. "Throw it anyway you like airport officer!" Lol...
Our early dinner at Airport. Clar : Char Siew Rice. Mine: 3 Gems Rice. Lol... Chinese is San Bao Fan that contains duck meat, pork sausage and salted egg.
Pei Jie with egg tarts and her lotus rice. Nice... Slurp!
When you woke up in the night during the airflight, most probably you are hungry! :) So we were a few miles away from Hong Kong, back to Singapore...
At Singapore Airport, the guys bought a carton of beers and spirits. Chivas and so on. With the combination of passports they utilised.
A short record of my last day at Hong Kong. I still miss shopping there! Bye Hong Kong! See ya when I see ya again! And for Behind the scenes:
The birthday surprise I hid under Clarence Dear's jacket on the bed. He stood motionless after flipping up his jacket. Staring at the picture with a smile. :)
The Picture taken at The Peak from Professional Photographer. Night is always never that dark at the top of the Peak viewing mall.
My loots. Monkey t-shirt for Brother, Hard Rock Hotel (Macau) for Mummy, Melody earpiece for Ziyun Bebe and Owl necklace for Ziling. I love Wife's biscuits with lotus paste!
Thats all folks! Looking forward to more holidays ahead! :) Enjoy ya weekend!
