This time, I began with a picture. Congee for breakfast :) Clear the stomach to weather the seas later.
Deep Fried Spicy Frog Leg
Yeah, Hur, I was still sleepy.
Warm soya bean to smoothe the throats of us. Nice!.. Not cold soya bean order please.
The Congee Shop we went. With Steven Ma's old 80's photo pasted in front of the shop. We took a leap of faith to try out the congee. Not the worst but not the best too.
Ready to take on the seasick. Across borders to Macau!
Macau main island with so many casinos welcoming us once reached.
At the busiest streets of Macau. I love the floor tiles design. Something new that nowhere in Singapore has such a big piece of land covered with tiles.
The attentive crowd to taste the snacks of Macau.
A famous brand in Macau where u can find it in every 30-50 metres! Of course on the way up to Da San Ba.
Look out and remember the friendly signboards when overseas always :)
We wanted to try this shop that looks so ancient and famous. But we did not return to it. Why have we forgot about it??? Why?...
St Dominic's Cathedral. the 3 colors church. Green, Yellow and White.
Xiao Shang Hai! Its been 2 years plus ago since I last visited this shop. Same shop owners cooking still. Wow! Yummy dumplings!
Pork Bun !
"Fly away with my dreams..."
Squeeze through the crowd people! Oh yes, I bought bubble tea along the way. I was thirsty and so I bought it and it doesnt seems to stir up my taste buds.
I love this pic. Looks like some kinds of Documentary shows.
St Paul's Ruins behind.
Brotherhood for over 20 years. lol...
The lovely cousins.
The cheeky couple.
Portrait in a pin hole.
When we started to rest our long tortured feets. "Self - took" came in.
The horrific sadistic priest in play.
Top of Macau. Cables in the air above small squeezy flats. How amazing humans survive on this planet earth ya?
Requested by me. Yup. My model for a second.
假古惑仔
爱转角遇见了谁 是否有爱情的美
Look for this old man when you are here ok? He is a friendly smily old bei bei.
And please dont use cameras with flash to take his picture. Spare a thought for his eyes given his age.
鹹蛋餅. A smell you have never smell before. Tasty biscuits. Mmmm
Happy boy with his Hard Rock Hotel.
Haha.. I taught him that pose. Suits him perfectly for this background.
Off to the Venetian Hotel Beside.
Mini Venice.
Interiors of Venetian.
The ball....
What's with the ball right?
Goodbye Macau. Miss ya!
Catching the 8pm Symphony of Lights show at Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour.
Clock Tower.
We were so blessed to caught the sight of a Chinese junk!. Just like those in the postcards.
Beijing 2008 Olympics Fire Torch.
Avenue of Stars.
Camera rolling...
Uncle Ken with a spectacular cruise crossing by.
HaHa!.. Sex and the City?
Bruce Lee 2010
Bruce Lee name featured on the floors of Avenue of Stars. Still, not as famous as Jackie Chan's. If you ever spot a small crowd gathered and looking down at the ground, thats Jackie Chan's. Thats how you define it.
Cut! Cut! Cut!!!
After we finished the walk along Avenue of Stars, I heard a faint music from a corner. And as curiosity struck me, I walked further and spot this ice-cream van. So cute!
HKD$7 for a cone. Ice cream uncle is a blessed man as compared to SG's ice cream uncle. He got a comfy seat to watch his TV shows under a shelter. Life's great!
My preferred Lao Po Bing shop. Available at Hong Kong airport as well.
It was another night with late dinner. Look how starved we were? All chopsticks in action to grab the food into our mouths. Never mind about the camera manz. Lol...
Fried Chicken in salad sauce and Jiang Cong Cao Niu Rou. Delicious!
Mussells and claypot rice.
Gotta try out the Hong Kong's style of Hao Bing. Oyster cake. Ultra crispy and oily. haha.. An experience.
Third day of Hong Kong trip was also a tiring one. With schedule so packed and many timings to take note of. I swear not to have a rushy schedule if I were ever to be back again!
Macau was a big place than I thought. Interesting and fun. I may want to visit this land in future when I can.
