Happy National Day to Singapore!

This year on Singapore's Birthday, Clar Dear got tickets for me from his cousin's bidding online since 2 months ago! Wow, thanks to them and I got a chance to grab my seats for the first time at Padang! Years ago, I was the first batch of primary 5 students to catch National Day Parade at Kallang Stadium. Man, thats really way back.

And we got David to share the happiness with us along with his newly bought toy. Sony DSLR that costs around $2000 plus in total! Catch the fine photos we got!

NDP 2010 was really fun without staying at home to watch the performance. Its really different with experiencing the F 16s flying past above you and colorful blasting of fireworks right before your eyes.

I have witnessed how DSLR can bring fun in photography. But its really an investment for such a hobby and also, its real heavy. My decision still stands with buying a digital camera first before anything else. I am into Lomography now too. I love streets and alleys shots. I wana learn and get a lomo camera soon!

The walk wasnt as interesting as I have thought. The goodie bag wasnt that fastastic too. And for the first time we had Burger King breakfast. After the first munch? We still miss Mac Donalds..

Afterwhich we caught "Despicable Me" by Universal Studios. Nice movie that has a better plot than "Toy Story 3". Both are touching but at least "Des" made me watered my eyes. :)

I am looking forward to Thursday's gathering with my Uni friends! oh, and thats tomorrow! Cant wait.. :D

Didnt really follow up on my blog postings these days.. One of the reasons is that I do not have many pictures on hand to woo ha about. I am lacking of a good camera.

I like the recent happenings, Iphone 4 launching in Singapore soon. And my boyfriend bought Iphone 3GS as he felt that Iphone 4 will be very expensive.
I hope I will get calls from my new job soon! (Stay hopeful!)

Today is World Cup Kicking first day. Are you ready? I kind of wanna support England, but they are always like loose sands. I am thinking of France and Holland too. Dont really like Brazil and Germany. The big bullies I thought. haha..

Wana know how bad is the political unrest in bangkok?
Just one picture alone tells everything.

I was there taking pictures this January. The flag stood on a ground supposedly to be a fountain. And now, its dark, gloommy and Zen plaza, part of one of the biggest shopping malls in SEA, Central World, is now facing a possibility of collapse. If it does, its a huge impact I guess. Its either going to hit the major roads infront of Big C shopping centre, or hit the BTS, bangkok's most convenient transport trains' railway. Or maybe hitting the next tower of Central World.

Number of deaths are increasing since protest in March. I wonder when will all these end and how.
