Almost failed my test on Systems

Yea, had quite a bad day today. Thank God I prayed before I took my test.

Right now, I begin to understand its not easy to handle tasks at the operations side. Especially to deal with systems that had tons and tons of codes to know. Each test only allows 2 tries. After exhausting the maximum tries, people may start saying "Thank you for your time."... Oh gosh...I shall continue to pray hard and START WORKING HARD!!!

Hot Sunny Sunday!

Man, it was a sorching morning and afternoon this Sunday!
Thank God I will always have swimming session with bro and this time, Kai and Clarence were included. As soon as we reached Sengkang swimming complex, we hit the pools!

The baby pools where parents and children gathered mostly here for waterguns, big splash from pail and lotsa more.

Kai and me took the sildes 3 times in a row! Yippee woo! Ha, the most scary one is the tubes slides.

Kai and Clarence had intensive swimming training session whereas bro and me had leisure swim. Its kind of difficult to get my bro to swim intensively. But he used to swim like a fish! oh manz...I think I got to swim regularly on weekdays too. Most importantly, I can sensed that the swimsuit I got for 3-4 years is going for a tear soon. So I got to replace it.

Sengkang recreation sports complex rocks! Besides swimming pools, there are badminton courts, gym, table tennis tables, basketball courts, bar, Mac donalds, 7 eleven.... Ha! You get to see nice views of kites flying in the sky too.

Quite a typical Singaporean weekend I got this time. :)

New Asia Bar and New Faces

Had my training for the first week. It was a little tough to get used to the working life of 9-6pm since the first day. However, with daily devotional, I can say I am alittle settled in the new office. I have also found a few colleagues who are closer to me.

So far, life's looking good at the new environment :)

When weekend approached, Clarence Dear took me to the New Asia Bar with Pei Jie and Tze Kai. We had lots of laughs over games and gossips.

My all time preferred beer. Its light and not too gas-y. But Kai doesnt fancy it as he thought its too light for him to get high. Lol..Chips were free and they were running on free flow. Spicy and crispy :)

The pizza we had was Bbq chicken sausage. I would say it has earned better ratings than Timbre's. Try it if you have not. You cant miss the pizzas out.

Nightview of Dhoby Ghaut, City hall and Orchard Road. I would suggest you come as early as 7pm during weekends to grab a good seat. If not, you will be sitting far from the nice views.
I love my weekends with Sunday ended off with swimming and sermons. I hope the coming week is a good one! And I really miss my holidays now!!.. How I wish to pack my bags and fly to Hong Kong now... Aww..

Sunshine After The Rain

All right manz, the news are confirmed. Which means I can pursue dreams that were long lost. Picking myself up to welcome all challenges in the near future, I know after I have overcome them, happiness will be wrapping me up from top to down!.. :)

Hmm, I think its really been some time I have smiled so widely.
With things getting more organised now, I am looking forward to my Hong Kong trip with a more excited heart and wild imaginations filling up with fun. Haha...

The best gift from Father God is I can start my very first tithing! Its really a gift if you could understand my situation well. Thank you Lord! My mediator and bringing angels to me. If it was not You who has been staying in my heart, giving me endless encouragement, I didnt know how I have this breakthrough.

Peeps, whereever you are, no matter the difficulties you are facing now, lift yourself up and do not look at the devil who is always around to make you doubt your capability.
Try to tell yourself, the first step of this battle is to chase away the demon in your heart. And start doing things to gain that peace. I find that exercising is another form to sweat out the stress. Swimming is the best! Or you can try to pray like me. :) Someone will hear it!

Glimpse of Light breaking through the thick clouds

Yes, a little beam of light is breaking through the clouds, if everything is successful, I will be able to start my job under a local bank, DBS. Its a customer service job that involves shift work. It pays quite well too. But I am getting worried too...

After Dear started working at CB, there was a tremendous decrease in meeting ups as compared to before. Yes, the work we had before was flexible and we can plan to match each other's schedule. However with things going not flexible now, and if I got a job with shift work, I am worried how we can accomodate to the different timings we might have. But sometimes in life, I dont know to label it as unfair or unbalanced. Its difficult to strike a balance between all things, especially, family, love, career and lastly friends. Sigh... But if I dont make a move now, how can I take care of my parents and start a family in the next few years? And even, live comfortably? Sacrifices have to be made somewhere, for a better future I guess?

But above all things, I still want to build on my trust that in the House of Lord, He will provide and prosper us.

I miss you...and I will miss you hard if I start work...
